ttz Bremerhaven will be hosting the NextGenProteins Conference this year. On the 7th and 8th September 2023, international business leaders, scientists and policy makers will meet and discuss the latest insights in the field of alternative proteins for food and feed industries.
How can we derive and implement protein sources derived from legumes, insects, cell cultures, algae, fungi, bacteria, and yeast? What are current chances and challenges? How can we meet the increasing demand for protein sources? Which concerns remain with regard to the impact on environment, competitiveness, and food safety? These and many more questions will be discussed at the NextGenProteins Conference 2023 in Bremerhaven, Germany.
